South Woodham Focus, established in 2000, has been developed primarily
to serve the community of South Woodham Ferrers. The magazine contains many useful
features and articles on a wide range of topics, including a lively letters page,
forth coming events, weekly sports reports, a busy Billboard with free small ads,
plus announcements and pictures of Birthdays, Anniversaries, etc., and news from the South Woodham
Ferrers Town Council, Chelmsford Borough Council, local churches, charities, volunteer groups,
clubs and associations.
South Woodham Focus is published weekly, dated Friday of each week.
7,000 plus copies are delivered to homes and businesses in the town as well
as copies being made available in local villages. Distribution is on
Wednesday/Thursday & Friday.

The editor is Julie Fenner, with over thirty years in the publishing industry.
Lisa Wood working on sales and special features, Wendy Murray in the design department
and Vikki Robinson on accounts and admin. Dean Robinson is in charge of the production of the magazine.

South Woodham Focus is financed entirely by advertising and receives no financial support
from any other body or group. The magazine is typeset and printed by our parent company, Maypole Press
& Publishing Company, established in South Woodham Ferrers for the past twenty five years.
